Rapheal Smith. CIBN is the Current National Secretary of the Diamond Youth (DYTI and Nigerian Youth Decide (NYD). 

(Born on the 4th January 1991)a Nigerian. He  attended Government Technical College for his secondary school education

He further went to the Nigerian Institute of Leather and Science Technology Zaria, the only leather research institute in West Africa,where he obtain an HND in Computer science and Mathematics at final tramesta of his days at the Institute he was Selected by performance and employed at a financial organization.Called Prestamistas TCSL, A Spanish micro finance organization,there he gained massive financial knowledge and experience.

He developed a full passion for the Financial sector,early in life and this led to his quest to further,were he later obtained a professional certifications with the CIBN.

Raphael has been in the industry for some years and as a result,his been consulting for professionals, companies amongst many.

He is a Co-founder  of PRIMISTAR TCSL a micro finance Corporation, which specialty are Consultancy, Credits and Loans,Empowerment and Contents Building amongst others.

 Smith has held many appointive and elective position just to mention a few.

Rapheal is the Chairman Raphealsmith  Foundation an organization with the aim of reaching out to the less privileged, Widows orphan, the physically challenged ones,

He is also the Nigerian Representative and the organizing Secretary to the African Vanguard Citizen with its HQ in Kenya.

Rapheal is the National secretary of the Young Words Converses for Good Governance.

He is also the National youth leader of Niger Delta's in the north west zone.

Rapheal is the current National secretary of NAKISS and a one time SUG SRA.

Rapheal Smith has been in the political scene and has served in various capacity by virtue of his focus driving spirit and his intellectual Ability.

He was a one time Special Assistant to the Special Adviser to the for Vice President.On Women and Youth Initiative.

Rapheal is a precent member board of Directors with PRIMSTAR TCSL and the current treasurer of the board.

Rapheal is a multi talented award winning young individual in the music industry with  over eight songs currently on to his credit,thus his presently working on his new album.

Rapheal is Focused driven, Sound, passionate towards seeing the youth in Nigeria and beyond take their rightful place in the nation building.
